The step-in style makes dressing beautifully simple: paws in, buckle up, and you’re ready to walk. With nothing needing to be pulled over the head, it’s also an especially thoughtful design for dogs who experience anxiety or simply prefer a gentler dressing routine.

Across the front, the chest strap has been carefully positioned to allow full range of motion through the shoulders, without restricting your dog’s natural stride. It sits low enough across the chest to avoid any pressure against the neck and trachea. 

For added versatility, the Harness offers both a traditional back clip and a front clip, allowing you to choose the walking style that works best for you and your dog. Clip at the back for an easy, traditional walk, or use the front clip for anti-pull and front-walk training. For dogs who tend to pull heavily, clipping at the chest provides gentle redirection. 

Exceptionally buttery-soft Italian leather gives the Harness a supple, smooth feel against the body, helping prevent rubbing and chafing while remaining gentle on sensitive skin and long coats.

Finished with solid brass equestrian hardware, chosen for its strength, longevity and ability to age beautifully. Over time, both the brass and leather will develop a natural patina, becoming richer and more individual with wear.

Every Leather Dog Harness is handmade in Canada, cut, stitched, assembled and finished individually to order. Please allow up to three weeks for handcrafting before shipping. Good things take time.
